  1. I bought this headset after first trying a Plantronics Voyager Pro. The Voyager sounded fantastic (both talking and listening), but was not compatible with goggles or a hard hat. (I’m an engineer, and must wear protective equipment when I go out into the field.) The VXI BlueParrott Xpressway ALMOST solves this problem (see below), but has some flaws and errors of their own need for attention that the Anbieter.Pros * Very long battery life – can be recharged once a week to find instead a day or two * buttons large and easy * Several carrying options (but see below) * Comes with Car and AC chargers, and can also charge from USB * Mic boom is flexible * Plenty VolumenCons: * Bluetooth highly susceptible to radio interference. Walk past a Wi-Fi Access Point (all of which more!) During a call, and it clicks or bursts of white noise are. Was not that a problem with the Voyager could be due to attempt to give the headset a greater range. Perhaps there should be a sensitivity setting? * Sometimes phone disconnects without warning, possibly an RF problem or a software bug. Never happened with the Voyager * Sometimes when you press to answer a call press, the phone answers the call but there is no audio on either the headset or the phone. You must turn off to get the headset to the phone audio. . . If the caller is still there at this time! * Ear hook is ill-fitting, useless for everyone I have tried it, distorted voice * Phone (I use a Motorola Quantico) and loud, do not have this problem with Voyager Pro. AGC problem? * Noise cancellation is not nearly as good as Voyager Pro. Susceptible to wind noise. Telephone voice recognition often fails, especially in the wind. A pop-up screen (Get the one for her older model 250 or another device) helps a little, and should be included * No path to the battery status reading from the headset. Will complain if he is running out, that the only warning you will receive * Mini-USB connector needs a lid or cap to keep out dust and rain, especially when worn on the left ear (so to meet the female) and Then there is the biggest problem for me personally: it is not completely beidhändig.Wie I have already mentioned, I have to wear the headset while working – often with a helmet and / or safety glasses when handling or power tools or machinery. I’m right, so I need to wear a headset on the left side of my head. This way I can the keys, without reaching to free my right hand or to reach with my left. A major reason why I was bought this headset, it interfering a “behind the neck” Enter option that would not be with glasses or hats. (The over-the-top headband is not with any kind of hat work, and the ear hook so bad shape that it does not fit my ear or the ear of each I’ve asked to try him at all.) Oh, to my great disappointment, the “behind the neck” brace position, only the headset on the right side of the head, not to the left, creating a Sicherheitsrisiko.Ich I am sure that all these problems are curable. It is as easy for a left-handed “behind the neck to make” to support a right-handed, and hopefully things like the inability to determine the status of the battery and the problems with noise and distortion can be fixed with software or hardware upgrades. (Plantronics has apparently overcome these problems.) I think I bought this unit too early and should have waited for version 2. 0th . . . VXI hopefully provide solutions to these problems for existing Kunden.Nachtrag: Three months later, VXI has come with newer firmware (first 3 instead of 1 1) for the headset. Alas, while the company is aware of the compatibility issues with Motorola phones such as mine, it has not resolved, but she blames on Motorola. (Plantronics headset fine work.) Frequently I have to press the button on the headset to answer a call and get no sound (the caller hangs up before many times can I contact the headset and the phone’s microphone and speakers). I get bursts still in the vicinity of static Wi-Fi, and have problems with the phone’s voice recognition system failing to understand me. And there is no left-handed behind-the-neck-holder! I’ve got this headset a good shot, but it can trade for another. Rating: 5.3

  2. I bought this headset because it is one of the few available behind the ear-headsets, and I wanted to use it with a bicycle helmet. I also own the VXI B250XT (via the Head Unit), the big noise outside esp has, but has a windshield on Mikrofon.Dieses device sounds the same, but has options for the neck and behind the typical ear hook. I use the behind the neck, which is a little tight on the head (large hat size). It is not the easiest thing to do when you möchten.Draußen switch between the different configurations if it’s windy (or when I listen to a bike in my case), you can wind noise. It was easy, adding it to a windshield I have attached to my Xbox headset. Other than that, it is a great unit. Rating: 5.4
